Ecco come in Europa il Pdl ha bloccato la legalizzazione delle famiglie trasversali di Renato Farina
Giovedi 29 aprile a Strasburgo il Consiglio d’Europa ha approvato una risoluzione storica contro la discrimination and violence against lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people. It condemns the violence and the language of hate.
At the same time, thanks to the strong opposition of the European People's Party, and especially its Italian component, it was decided by three amendments passed with a very slight difference (41 versus 40, etc.): 1) there was no right to adoptions gay singles and couples, 2) states are not bound by the legal recognition of same-sex couples, and 3) religious organizations may continue not to accept certain functions for gay or lesbian or transgender without legal problems.

I sette italiani presenti sono stati: il capogruppo del Ppe, l’Udc Luca Volontè, proposto a questa carica dal capo delegazione Luigi Vitali, e sei parlamentari del Pdl (Deborah Bergamini, Gennaro Malgieri, Pasquale Nessa, Giacomo Santini, Oreste Tofani e il sottoscritto); non era presente nessun parlamentare di sinistra e centrosinistra
. Questo dimostra come non sia affatto vero che a livello di Partito popolare europeo prevalgano le tesi zapateriste, come sostenuto da Benedetto Della Vedova e da altri finiani del Pdl. Ma dice anche che il posto dell’Udc non può essere a sinistra o in opportunistica equidistanza. **************
Insomma, ogni tanto una buona notizia non guasta!
