However, se questo è lo “spessore” delle “motivazioni” per le quali dovrei essere rimosso dalla Magistratura, attendiamo con serenità le “motivazioni” reali delle Sezioni Unite della Cassazione, per vedere se anche codesti Signori spalleggiaranno i criminali razzisti autori delle discriminazioni religiose ai miei danni.

“Il giudice Luigi Tosti, è stato destituito dall'ordine giudiziario per omissione di atti di ufficio, essendosi ingiustamente rifiutato di tenere udienza, a causa della (positiva) presenza del crocifisso nell'aula. Come se la presenza del crocifisso, lo obbligasse a credere per forza. O peggio, come se the courtroom or the world was his. Abide!
