A reader writes:

After reading the blog Improves Torino, I take this opportunity to report briefly an "infringement of civil society" that happens daily in Turin, to be precise in Via Chiesa of Health. I walk this road by car very often (1-2 times a day), and on time, in opening hours of shops, transit vehicles is hampered by numerous cars double parked. Where's the problem? The problem is that as a church of Health is physical space for only 3 rows of vehicles. The track is in fact divided into three lanes:
  • adjacent to the sidewalk on the west side, one lane is reserved for the parking of vehicles
  • the center lane is a transit
  • adjacent to the south east side of the pavement, one lane is the transit to the north, but reserved for public transport
Given the very frequent presence of vehicles parked in two rows, the only way to travel on the street is almost always in the wrong nell'invadere, over and over again, hospital the transit verso nord, riservata ai mezzi pubblici, al fine di aggirare i veicoli in sosta sulla corsia di transito verso sud.
Multe sulle macchine in doppia fila?

We have little else to add, other than to thank the player for the report we can say that the problem is known and longstanding, and also in our opinion, the suppression of illegal and uncivilized behavior, is too bland. If the two rows of parking is common, frequently must be vigilant with the passage of the subsequent detection of infringements: a very simple axiom, but perhaps escape the responsibility of the Municipal Police.
